Tehsil Municipal Administration (City) Nazim Mumtaz Ali Cheema has said 450 lights will be installed on the Faisalabad-Samundri Road with the financial assistance of a local industrialist. The project is estimated to be completed at a cost of Rs 30 million. Presiding over a meeting held to review arrangements for the installation of lights on the Samundri Road, the Nazim said the owner of a beverage company and sugar mill had promised to provide the huge amount for this project that would be completed within a record one month.

Lights had already been installed on the Chenab Club Road, Jaranwala Road, Satiana Road and the Mall Road, he added.
